Services / Business & Process Transformation
We start with your strategy and work from there. Not with technology. Not with assumptions. With the questions that actually matter.
Most companies have a reasonable idea of what is not working. They do not have a clear picture of why, where exactly, and what it is costing them. That is what we build.
Before we look at processes, tools, or technology, we sit down with leadership to understand what the business is actually trying to achieve. What are the strategic priorities? What is getting in the way? That conversation shapes everything that follows.
From there, we survey the entire organisation at once. Not just management. Not just the teams that seem most affected. Everyone who touches the relevant processes. That is how you find what is actually slowing things down, instead of what looks like it is slowing things down from a meeting room.
We then conduct targeted interviews with the people doing the work. They know where things break. They know the workarounds, the manual steps, the things nobody has ever fixed. Combined with an analysis of your IT landscape, we build a complete picture of how work actually flows across your organisation, where time and money are lost, and what is worth fixing first.
The result is not a report with recommendations. It is a set of Playbooks and a prioritised roadmap you can act on immediately.
We involve your team from day one. We just make sure it never feels like a second job.
Six steps. Each one builds on the last. The first two are where we do things differently.
We start with what you want to achieve. Not what is broken, but what success looks like. That conversation aligns the entire project and makes sure we are solving the right problem, not just the most visible one.
A structured questionnaire goes out across all relevant teams at the same time. By reaching everyone at once, we capture the full picture before a single interview takes place. Combined with AI-assisted analysis, we identify patterns, inconsistencies, and blind spots that would never surface in a boardroom conversation.
Based on the survey output, we conduct 6 to 12 structured interviews with the people who actually do the work. These conversations go deep on frequency, time, cost, and business impact. We come prepared, and we keep it focused.
We map the systems your organisation uses, not to implement new ones, but to understand what supports your processes and what gets in the way. Technology is context, not the starting point.
For each high-impact process, we build a Playbook. See below for what that means. Everything is then prioritised by ROI and business impact, with clear owners and sequenced next steps.
If you want help with execution, we stay involved. We help you choose the right solution and implementation partner and remain your point of contact throughout. This is a separate step, not the goal of this trajectory.

A Playbook is a detailed map of how a process actually works inside your organisation. Not how it is supposed to work on paper, but how it works in practice, step by step, with everything that matters documented clearly.
For each high-impact process, the Playbook captures:
The Playbook is not a deliverable you put in a drawer. It is a working document your team uses to implement improvements, train new people, and make decisions. It is the difference between knowing something is broken and knowing exactly how to fix it.
Briefing intake, scope definition, pricing, internal review, send

Illustrative example. Your Playbooks are built around your actual processes.
Less than you think. Your team fills in the survey, participates in a focused interview, and joins the final workshop. We do the analysis, the mapping, and the heavy lifting in between. Most team members spend a few hours across the entire project, spread over several weeks.
Most management consultants deliver a report with recommendations. We deliver Playbooks and a roadmap your team can use immediately. We also talk to the people doing the work, not just leadership. And we stay involved if you want help with implementation. The output is concrete, not advisory.
No. We recommend what actually helps. Sometimes the answer is a process change or clearer ownership, not a new tool. We map the IT landscape to understand what is already there and whether it is being used effectively. If AI adds real value, we say so. If it does not, we say that too.
You decide. Some organisations execute the roadmap themselves using the Playbooks we deliver. Others ask us to stay involved for implementation support. Either way, the Playbooks and roadmap belong to you and are designed to be used without us in the room.
